We had the privilege of having Ken and Chuck help us as we sold our farm and bought a house for our retirement.  Their expertise is only surpassed by their sense of fairness and service.  They were patient in taking us to see houses until we found the right one and was careful to explain everything as we went along.  When it came time for settlement, another realtor representing the buyers for our farm who did nothing to expedite the sale process took double the commission Ken took.  When I questioned Ken about it, he simply said that this was what we had agreed to.  He is a man of his word.  A few years later, I called to ask Ken's advice on another real estate matter, and, once again, he helped not only with advice, but walking us through the whole process, and he never charged me a penny.  As someone has said, "They are good people--people you can trust; and, in this day and age, that is rare".
